Charter Flights
Commercial
airlines charter their aircrafts and crews out to vacation
clubs and various travel organizations. Although you may be
flying on a well-known airline, charter flights are actually
operated by an outside entity, ie., a Charter Company. The
result is that may charter flights do not arrive on time and
are sometimes delayed several hours.
Charter flight
pick-ups can be problematic and time consuming. Monitoring
charter flights is difficult since most charter companies do
not have 24 hour telephone coverage. Accordingly, we must
charge an additional rate of $25.00 beyond the normal
vehicle rate to meet a charter flight.
International
Flights
International
flight arrivals require additional time for clearing customs
and immigration and therefore, a 45 minute wait time after
posted arrival of aircraft is included in initial rate. Time
exceeding this allotment will be billed $11.00 per 15
minutes as outlined.
Policies and
procedures are subject to change without notice.
