Any reservation
that is cancelled 48 hours prior to a scheduled trip will
be refunded 100% within (5) business days.
Cancellations
made within 24 hours are not subject to a deposit refund.
Deposits will not be refunded if trips are cancelled at
client request, however a deposit can be applied to a new
reservation if client reschedules within 30 days.
Cancellations
made on the day of the scheduled trip prior to departure
will be charged the full base rate.
Any cancellations
made once the trip has commenced will be charged the full
rate plus a 15% gratuity and any additional fees incurred,
i.e., tolls, parking fees, etc.
If a scheduled
pick-up results in a no-show, customer will be charged the
full trip charge plus any parking, tolls and wait time, if
applicable. In addition, a 15% service fee will also be
added.
If Anderson-Winfield Chauffeured
Services must cancel a reservation, a 100% refund will
be issued or a full credit toward a new reservation will
be given. Client preference will be honored.
