Cancellation Policy

  • Any reservation that is cancelled 48 hours prior to a scheduled trip will be refunded 100% within (5) business days.
     
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours are not subject to a deposit refund. Deposits will not be refunded if trips are cancelled at client request, however a deposit can be applied to a new reservation if client reschedules within 30 days.
     
  • Cancellations made on the day of the scheduled trip prior to departure will be charged the full base rate.
     
  • Any cancellations made once the trip has commenced will be charged the full rate plus a 15% gratuity and any additional fees incurred, i.e., tolls, parking fees, etc.
     
  • If a scheduled pick-up results in a no-show, customer will be charged the full trip charge plus any parking, tolls and wait time, if applicable. In addition, a 15% service fee will also be added.
     
  • If Anderson-Winfield Chauffeured Services must cancel a reservation, a 100% refund will be issued or a full credit toward a new reservation will be given. Client preference will be honored.
